Invite views on what you think about Leaders branding and marketing themselves unders their first & last name.

I was discussing with my colleague yesterday and realized just as any other brand needs marketing Leaders also market themselves if not in a planned manner definitely strategicly...at sub-conscious level.

Views on Offshore Project Management in SAP

Hi All,

To be true, this is one of my first blogs. I would like people to share views on Offshore Project Management.

To give you a brief idea, I am working as a offshore project manager in India for rolling out SAP technologies in CRM & BW-BPS.

Its been very common to have ABAP and technical know hows outsourced, how does one think about functional domain being outsourced such as FI, SD and new dimension technologies such as CRM.

Let get people writing about this and I will share more ideas.
