Leaders: Best Brand Ambassadors for themselves

Hi All,

Invite views on what you think about Leaders branding and marketing themselves unders their first & last name.

I was discussing with my colleague yesterday and realized just as any other brand needs marketing Leaders also market themselves if not in a planned manner definitely strategicly...at sub-conscious level.
